On Friday Apple company came out with I Phone X and 13 inch MacBook pro (Non touch bar) the said devices have some hardware Issues.

Apple said that some iPhone screens do not respond or intermittently respond to touch. While with MacBook some devices might have an issue that cause data loss or drive failure.

Customers with eligible devices can have both issues fixed for free at an apple retail store or with an apple authorised service provider.

On Friday Apple announced the two problems faced by its Products one is IPhone x and another is 13 inch MacBook pro both devices have some hardware Issues.

Apple said that some of its IPhone X devices are facing touch issues those issues may include.

The screen or any Part of the Screen does not respond or responds intermittently.

The screen reacts even when a user hasn't touched it.

The apple Said users with eligible apple devices can have there display modules replaced for free at one of its retail stores or apple authorised service provider.

Apple also confirmed that it's 13 inch MacBook pro might facing the hardware Issue that causes data loss or drive failure.

Apple said affected laptops could be serviced for Free as well at one of its retail locations or Apple authorised service provider.

To know if your MacBook pro needs to be serviced you need enter your devices serial number on Apples Support Page.

Business Insider has requested apple for Comment however Apple didn't respond Immediately.
